Susan Watson is Chief Financial Officer at Health Equity Outcomes (HEO).  

Susan is a public health professional with over 25 years of experience successfully leading programs, establishing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement policy and systems change strategies that are relevant and specific to the most systemically disenfranchised populations at a community and organizational level. Key areas of focus include non-profit, government, local community, and research organizations.

Susan has provided financial and contractual oversight on large-scale projects with both community and institutional partners working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The California Endowment, CA Department of Public Health, and others. She has served on the Boards of Directors for Bayview Hunters Point Foundation for Community Improvement and the Public Health Institute.

Susan has a B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University and earned her MPH in Public Health Policy & Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
