Health. Equity. Outcomes. (HEO) and our sister organization Atlas Clarity (AC) are excited to announce that we are expanding our partnership with the Health Policy Partnership (HPP). This partnership brings together teams that are passionate about improving health equity by addressing gaps in the healthcare system.
The partnership is built on a strong history of success. Our teams previously worked together on several projects, including the “A Million Conversations” initiative which focused on building trust between healthcare systems and marginalized communities. By making this partnership official, we are ready to take that shared experience and apply it to new projects on a global scale.
This collaboration is a perfect match because of how our strengths complement one another. HPP is a world leader in strategic insights and collaborations which drive dialogue with decision makers on health system change. While HPP focuses on the policy level, HEO and Atlas Clarity specialize in the “on-the-ground” work. We evaluate how those national plans actually work in local communities to ensure they make a real difference for individuals and communities.
